“The therapists my son has had have been great, if not revolving in and out. But when it comes to his medication it has been not so great. But I am hopeful in the future things will change for the better.”

“I do not recommend Gavia because if you are having issues with medication that has been prescribed, based on my experience, you are expected to wait over a month to get any help from the provider. I was told several times to call mobile crisis unit. I did NOT need a crisis unit! I needed the person who was prescribing my meds to return my calls within 24 hours when I left several weekly messages with the the receptionist that my mental health had declined in the past month so obviously the meds were not helping and either needed to be increased, decreased or changed. I was expected to wait another 6 weeks until my next appointment. This was medical negligence and fortunately I have found another provider who does not let me suffer severe anxiety and depression which affects my quality of life. Phone calls are returned that day or the next if it's after hours. I can count on my new provider to be professional and make the well being of her patients a priority!!”

“My therapist and Psych NP both deserve 10 stars. I can’t imagine having navigated the past year of my life without them. They both are extremely supportive and at the same time empowered me to be able to use the skills I’m learning there on my own during situations in my life. The process for refilling medications is very archaic and lacking. You have to leave a message on a voicemail no one ever responds you either see the referral come through to the pharmacy if you’re lucky enough to have text notifications from your pharmacy or dead silence. I’m on day 2 of being out of my medication that I called in asking for a refill last Thursday, it’s now Monday and I’ve had to leave another message. This is not the 1st time this has happened and it’s a little anxiety provoking wondering if your meds will be refilled or not. Other than this huge issue, I love the practice and have recommended it to friends.”
