“My wife went supposed to be walk-in. But they t3ll you to come back later. If this is the case why not just make appointments. I live 30 miles away are they going to reimburse me for travel.”

“My issue is mostly with the front desk staff. I am struggling mentally and emotionally with the passing of my child and was told by my employers to have a form filled out so that I may take the leave needed to grieve.The NP took a copy of the form and said she would bring it to her supervisor to see if it could be signed. I followed up a few times only to be told I would get a call back and when I called this final time I was rudely spoken to by a staff member and told that the NP had told me she would not sign it when that is not remotely true. The NP had taken the form and copied it and said she would take said copy to her supervisor. That she maid no promises but she will run it by her supervisor. At no point did she say she would not sign it and at no point was I given a call to be informed on whether or not she was able to get an approval by her supervisor. So to be rudely spoken to and to have someone do visibly annoyed but someone seeking assistance and to hear an employee of a mental health clinic huff and puff and sigh over the phone is absolutely insane. To be told to hold on and actually hear the phone slammed shut from the other end is so careless and harsh especially knowing the kind of people who are seeking help from this clinic are people in need.”

“I wanted to give this place one star, but I'm giving it 2 because it was the only mental health clinic that could get me in ASAP due to walk ins being available. The nurse practitioner spent the entire visit staring into her computer while asking me a series of questions. Never really made eye contact. I'm fully aware that she needed to ask questions and type my information though. She did not show any compassion towards issues in my life. The receptionist staff seem lazy to me. They scheduled me 3 more appointments without asking when I wanted to be seen again or the times of the day that work best for me.”
