How likely are you to recommend Garnet Health Doctors - Monticello?
What patients say on Google
“Primary care services are horrendous. I'm currently waiting over 2.5 months to get a critical medication refilled because they don't know how to submit a pre-authorization. I've been waiting weeks for a call back from their administrator. There's zero accountability whatsoever. They are dangerous to their patients.”
“I went in because I had a partial lung collapse earlier this year and needed to have an urgent X-ray since I was having extremely similar pain on the other side now and shortness of breath/dizzy. I needed to be told if it was small enough to where they recommend rest, for it to naturally go back up and keep an eye on me for a bit to see if it got worse or to go to the ER depending on the results. I mentioned this all to a staff who told me they were very busy, they couldn't just get me in to be looked at and if it's an emergency to go to the ER. An ER visit is 500 dollars with insurance and it would be a waste if the X-ray revealed it to be a small air leak/lung collapse. I was shocked and out of pure anger was able to drive myself to the local rock hill crystal run. Upon explaining what was happening to them they had me in a room within five minutes and were very professional and kept checking in and making sure I was ok until the xray. They were also shocked to hear garnet had basically turned me away and let me leave. I was there for about three hours. Seems your life is more valued at crystal run than garnet which is surprising.”
“Charged me unexpected $25 co pay. When asked about it, secretary got agitated and argumentative, saying things like "we can refund you copay but you may have to pay the whole bill" and "you're supposed to call your insurance company before coming in". That's not a way to treat a beneficiary. Health care staff is wonderful though.”
“We had no appointment and was immediately attended too. My mother and I were treated with respect and kindness. The wait time was minimal. I really appreciate the care provided by Page, Kimberly and Dr. Rodriguez.”
