How likely are you to recommend Garden City Therapy?
What patients say on Google
“Hello. I felt compelled to write this review because I had a wonderful encounter with this business. The process was simple for me as a shy person because I could communicate effectively via email and didn't need to speak to anyone over the phone. My wonderful therapist sadly departed the organization, therefore I was unable to continue receiving services from her. Apart from that, excellent therapy and customer service. I appreciate everything you do, and I can't wait to come back.”
“The person I was in contact with was rude. I don’t understand how a therapy place doesnt do in person anymore. Everyone just wants to work from home and this place isn’t the only place that just does telehealth. There are pros and cons to telehealth. They should offer both telehealth and in person. Therapy to me is about connection and with telehealth you just don’t get that same connection. It’s about building interpersonal relationships. As it is there are enough problems in the mental health industry and this was just another one added problem. Really upsetting and disappointing”
“Michelle A. Is amazing. She’s gone above and beyond for me and is always very accommodating. Will recommend”
“Since I have been in therapy here I feel heard and validated and find that I am more open and honest in my relationships. Very professional and kind.”
