“It is unfortunate when a therapy center forgets their charter. As all know, Jan 24/25 brought a city shutting snow/ice storm. I was unable to drive to my appt as the plows hadn't come to my street. I had tried to drive, but car got stuck 40' from driveway. I let GCC know FIRST THING IN THE AM. Even with notice, and even knowing the city was shut down, GCC still charged me for a full session. Supremely unreasonable. Questionable/conditional empathy to be found here. Look elsewhere.”
