What patients say on Google
“I wish I could give a lower rating. My appointment was at 1its now 2:30, I’m still in the lobby waiting. My appointment was not in the computer system, once I got that fixed……. All the people who came in after me were seen before me. This place is very disorganized and disappointing”
“I really wanted to give them a chance, considering the bad reviews, but I drove thirty minutes for an appointment at 10:30 am. I sat there until 12pm just for them to tell me they forgot about me. If you can go somewhere else, I would definitely.”
“I have mixed feelings about this place. I unfortunately have bipolar, agoraphobia with psychosis. Knowing that one of my medications needed is a narcotic I should have been told upfront that for me to get the best care I would need to reach out to a center that could prescribe my medications. I understand that they have a no tolerance policy because they also help with addiction. After trying a yr without the proper medication I hit bottom. The Dr said again no tolerance but also refused to help me by letting me know of a Dr that could in-fact help me. It would honestly help if the Dr would look at each patient as an individual that has their own individual needs. Stop looking at everyone as a statistic and realize there are patients with mental health issues that sometimes do in fact need a script that is a narcotic just to function in everyday life. You have a no tolerance policy but not being willing to help others in the community in the long run does more damage than good. You want to help battle addiction, give patients the meds they need and educate them.”
“My therapist, Meredith made up lies about me to get me removed from the program. Claiming I used "racial slurs" against her, which barely makes any sense considering we're both white. I hope they close this place, and that the doctors here pay for all the damage they've done.”
