“Wow.. so reading over the reviews is crazy. All the negative ones. I will say when i first moved here 4 years ago I went to frontier I have bad mental health issues. I needed to see someone fast. So I got into the one in Rogersville and that wad straight horrible I felt judged the moment I walked in. So I didn't go back until recently I wanted to give it another try cause I cant find many mental health doctors around. So I got in with the one here in greeneville and my first appointment I was there for hours an hours and seen like 4 different providers/staff. Finally was able to leave and I got a appt with the counselor- the med appt-also a case manager. S0 i have done seen all of those and I will say it wasn't bad at all..I have done many appts with them on zoom cause I have horrible social anxiety myself. So I feel like they could be more understanding of things and work with you. I mean that is what they are there for. So would give more stars but there are some things I would change to make it 5 stats. Thanks for reading my review hope this helps someone. Have a blessed day!”

“7 years ago I had some good therapists and some terrible case workers and those terrible caseworkers has ruined my life more ways than one I still can't get my life back in order all because I got kicked out of my home and got forced to live into a stupid group home I done left that group home but I'm still having no life whatsoever my life is upside down because of these stupid case workers it don't even know what the hell they're doing I could have got an apartment but they shoved a group home down my throat instead you should get zero Stars on everything thanks for ruining my life frontier health”

“I was not extremely impressed in the initial appointment, but wanted to try a couple more sessions to see. Told us wrong appointment time for next appointment , so we arrived early for the time we were told; however, 7 minutes late for the time they said it was supposed to be. We were told this would be a 45min to 1 hour session, so ok we miss 7 minutes, right? Nope, we’re told you need to reschedule your therapist is already with another client. I feel like appointments were probably double booked, or the therapist just was not there (did not answer when receptionist tried calling him from the desk). I wanted to give this place a chance, but they really just don’t seem to have it together.”

“They refused to help to a lady with crippling anxiety, no vehicle, a history of panic attacks and trauma, who is terrified to leave her house and has only done so a handful of times since 2018, because she couldn't go in-person to fill out paperwork. When she pleaded with them to consider her situation and make accommodation, their response was that the policies allowing for remote intake were 'just for the pandemic' and the only way she'd be eligible for mental health services was if she showed up in-person.”
