“The staff are very helpful and they will do anything they can to help their patients. The process of getting to see a psychiatrist for meds is a bit longer than I agree with but, overall, Holston Counseling Center gets an A+ from me personally.”

“I started going to this facility and the staff was veery welcoming. It was crowded but waited a little longer, no biggie though. Chance (at the admission window), Lei (np), and Vickie was so kind and helpful. Also, the pharmacy girls. My only complaint would be the rainstorm machine that gave me more anxiety. “So far I am very pleased with my experience. Person I spoke to to get my info was amazing and as helpful as could be. She was able to meet my one request and answer all questions. I've had multiple meetings now and couldn't be happier with my councilor/psychologist. Had always been very apprehensive about going to see someone. Literally one of the best decisions I made. If you were hesitant like me just give it a shot. It definitely can't hurt. And they're willing to work with people with low income and/or no insurance. My visits are being covered by a special grant. So anyone saying they're going after all the money they can get is completely wrong. Overall a great staff and experience.”
