What patients say on Google
“Mobile Crisis—specifically Anngel, Krystal, and Lilly—have been nothing short of extraordinary for our family. They have come to and been involved with our home multiple times and provided extended support, and every single interaction has exceeded expectations. Anngel and Krystal consistently went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. They answered crisis calls repeatedly throughout their shifts, showed up with compassion and steadiness, and even took the time to sit with me as a mother to help me navigate what my son needed in those hardest moments. Their care was never just procedural, it was deeply personal, rooted in genuine love, concern, and a true commitment to my child’s well-being and long-term stability. My son specifically asked for Anngel and Krystal by name after meeting them, that’s how safe and understood they made him feel from the very beginning. They connected with him in a way that is rare, meeting him exactly where he was and helping him open up in ways he hadn’t before. Their patience, creativity, and compassion gave him tools and confidence to express his emotions in a healthy way. Lilly was also an incredible part of this support system, and together, these women made an impact on our family that I honestly don’t have enough words to fully capture. Because of them, we are in a better place today. They made us feel heard, supported, and fiercely advocated for at every step. The level of care, dedication, and heart they bring to their work is truly exceptional. Thank you Anngel, Krystal and Lilly for everything you’ve done for our family. You have made a lasting difference that we will never forget.”
“Extremely nice and patient with me during my lowest moment. Don’t listen to bad reviews here. The single night I stayed I seemed to be the only person treating these people with some dignity and respect. Very sad as they were so great to me, and I could even hear them being more patient and nice to multiple rooms with trouble makers than I could ever be. God bless you all!”
“I’m begging y'all to ignore all of the negative comments here. If you’re looking for somewhere to go in a crisis or just if you need a safe place to talk, this is absolutely THE place to go. My husband and I both have used Hawthorne, and they are the kindest, most patient, and understanding people. They truly listen, every single person on the staff is overwhelming kind, and your comfort and safety is their #1 priority. I will recommend this place to every single person that needs some extra support for the rest of my life.”
“Very badly run and organized! Voice not heard and did not feel like they cared at all. Their process for new patients is horrible and broken they say walk in hours are at a certain time but they start taking said walk ins anytime they come making it already full when u come at the correct walk in time. Process involves seeing 5 different staff two of which were on zoom which is annoying in itself that I had to miss 3 hours of work to come there and zoom a provider. Conversation with provider over zoom was one sided, she did not engage in my conversation and offer her medical options or concerns or anything to convince me that the medication moves we were making (that i brought up) will make me feel better. Even the checkout lady had no clue how to check me out or reschedule me even though that's where I was directed to go.”
