“Highly unprofessional. Provider clearly had an agenda. Received two other professional opinions and the other providers did not agree with the recommendation of Freedom’s opinion. As a parent, do not bring your child here. Provider would not listen and talked over me. “Diagnosed” child within 40 minutes. Other providers said it would take many hours/ sessions for diagnosis yet this place diagnoses in 40 minutes. And prescribed medicine that made my child feel detrimentally worse. This agenda is disgusting. Remember this is a business. And if they don’t diagnose someone, they’re not in business. Gotta keep the money flowing. Do not come here.”

“Do not bring your child to see NP Rosaline. She has no idea how to diagnose a child with anxiety or adhd. She will have you make countless appointments and waste your time. She has to be the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. She asked my child “Do you have anxiety?" Aren't you supposed to ask leading questions to see if they have anxiety? She will also use such complicated words that he has no idea what they mean. Then my wife and I have to explain to him what the words mean, that shouldn't be our job to do that. She will send you home with a sheet of paper with 50 questions (varies questions about how he is at home) on it and have you fill it out 0-3 (zero being never and three being very often) she will add up the numbers and determine if they have adhd, or anxiety. What kind of diagnosis is that? Tell me you don't like dealing with your patients in person without telling me. Save your time and get a doctor that will sit down with your child, take the time that they need and the appropriate tests to diagnose them properly.”
