What patients say on Google
“This facility was AMAZING! They took care of my loved one so well, and they were so kind to her, and myself included. They made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way a communicated everything with me and always asked if I had any questions. My loved ones experience from the inside was also very pleasant. The staff has a heart for what they do and you can tell they truly want to help and have compassion for the people on their care. Thank you freedom staff! We are so grateful for you!”
“Do not send anyone you love here. This place is an absolute joke. They treat you like you’re in prison. They simply asks if you have any anxiety or depression or hallucinations once a day to fill out they little paperwork. The rest of the day is spent walking around a small corridor or coloring or playing spades. Their idea of group therapy made me angry considering what actual group therapy is supposed to be. Their idea of group therapy was listening to music and playing bingo. The worst facility I’ve ever been held. I would give zero stars if possible.”
“This place is a joke!!! We had my 91 year old dad involuntarily admitted last week. He has dementia and is very mean. We got no help at all!!! Never allowed to talk to a Dr our concerns were never addressed he was put in anti depressants and sent home after 7 days. Every time we tried to express our concerns we were told they are not seeing any of that. Very unprofessional did not communicate with us DO NOT EVER send your loved one there the place needs to be shut down my dad and my family has been let down by the system and we have no idea where to go or what to do from here zero stars for this place”
“This clinic is trash. They were no help to my family member. We were lied to about release dates and were denied our Emergency Certificate. It took getting a lawyer involved to get it and get the required documents. My family member was there a week and not once got their manual, which is required. They had no clue when they would be discharged or how to seek outside support. The clinic scheduled all their appointments on a week away, canceled their appointments we already had and did this without informing us. When they got out, we had to call all appointments to reschedule for a sooner date. I have been billed twice now. I have called the associated number 3 times on three different days, and all within office hours. No answer. The statements get delivered to the wrong address and there is not a way to pay them if they won’t even answer. And no, the voicemail box is full so I am unable to leave a voicemail.”
