“Pleasant experience with providers, although there is limited equipment. For some reason, gloves or hand washing/sanitizing upon entrance are not standard practice. The receptionist often comes across as rude, impatient, and condescending when speaking with patients, both on the phone and in person. They do not respect their own grace period when you’re within it, so try to be early. Customer service and professionalism are important in a medical setting, especially when patients may already be stressed or anxious. Hopefully, the office takes patient feedback seriously, and works on improving the overall experience.”

“Very disappointed to find out that Sheila Tetrault was asked to leave, she has been the biggest blessing and the most caring provider- takes the time to listen to her patients and actually tries to find the problem and the solution. Very big mistake for FPCA. Front desk is hit or miss. I am rethinking being a patient here after she has left.”

“Switched and got real answers. I saw Stephanie McCombs who googled things while in the same room with me. Kept telling me to stretch and ran bare minimum blood work for 2 years. I waited a while for an initial new patient appointment with Frederick Health primary but it was 100% worth it. After that appointment it’s been rapid fire and have had no issues being seen timely. I found out I have significant medical conditions that if were found earlier perhaps I wouldn’t be as bad as I am now. It’s disheartening that I didn’t change anything I was telling to a doctor and yet one actually found multiple answers. From low thyroid to arthritic wearing in my SI joint and significant arthritis in my mid spine. Completely explaining all my symptoms and setting me on a path for even more answers (specialists) and more importantly, proper treatments! Anywhere else will be worth the wait and the drive.”
