What patients say on Google
“May 27, 2026 To Whom It May Concern, My name is George Hendrick, and I am a resident at Frankfort Terrace in Frankfort, Illinois. I would like to share my experience living here. I truly enjoy being at Frankfort Terrace. One of the things that stands out most to me is how safe I feel in my room. That sense of safety and comfort means a great deal, and it allows me to feel at ease in my daily life. I also have a very positive relationship with my roommate. We get along well, and we are rarely interrupted or bothered, which helps create good environment for both of us. Another aspect I appreciate is the location. The Frankfort area is wonderful, and everything is conveniently nearby. It makes it easy to feel connected to the community and adds to the overall quality of life here. I also enjoy participating in the exercise classes taught by Melinda. I attend regularly, and I believe they are helping me stay active and work toward my personal goals, including improving my health and confidence. At my age, and after everything I have been through—including my college years I can honestly say that I am still learning, and in many ways, I am learning the most during my time here. That has been both meaningful and encouraging. Overall, I am grateful for my experience at Frankfort Terrace and for the environment it provides. Sincerely, George Hendrick”
“My name is Katrina and I like some things a real lot here. The food is really good sometimes. I love the all the activity here. I like the social group. I like nurse Rachel and all the nurses here. I like going out here because they have a lot of stuff to get out and do. They picked a perfect roommate for me. I like mostly Lanee . Dominique and Sheila the CNA and as a matter of fact there are a lot of Sheila's here besides the CNA and I like all of the sheilas. I like it because I can write it as an 8 sometimes at 9 and sometimes at 10.”
“I would like to acknowledge ADON Callie, scheduler Cynthia, nurse Rachel, receptionist Sharon and Debbie for their top tier customer service, professionalism, knowledge, kindness and compassion. My mother has been a resident for over a decade and she has received excellent care. Specifically recently due to insurance issues her transportation coverage through BCBS did not go through. They made sure she still made her appointments !! Ladies continue using those excellent problem solving skills because my mother and POAs like myself are very appreciative !! Also thank you for your patience with me and keep up the great teamwork!!!”
“Staff is very friendly & helpful. Always greet you with a smile. Residents seem happy. Upbeat environment and activities happen daily. Very happy with care being given to a family member.”
