“Extremely disappointed with my experience today. I had a confirmed appointment and was never informed beforehand that there could be an issue with my insurance verification. Once I arrived, staff told me my insurance came back “delinquent” and refused to rerun it, allow me time to contact billing/insurance, or work with me on any solution. Instead, I was simply told I could pay around $300 out of pocket — as if that’s realistic for everyone. Very inconsiderate and lacking empathy, especially in a mental health setting where people are already vulnerable and stressed. What upset me even more was that they refused to return paperwork containing my personal and sensitive information after I requested it back. That made the whole situation feel even more frustrating and uncomfortable. I understand policies exist, but the way this was handled felt cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily stressful.”

“I visit the Brownsville location but Miss Adriana from Edinburgh location was the only one that was able to fix my issue with the insurance. Miss Adriana worked with me and the insurance for several days. I hardly encourage for the Brownsville location to have another person in charge of medication/ insurance in their office. “I had a pretty good experience here until last month…they never gave my pharmacy the renewal for my prescription even though the doctor approved it. I kept calling and could only leave messages—which no one returned! Needless to say I had to go cold turkey off my prescription with no follow up or information. Thank God I’m okay, but beware …they don’t have it all together here. For this reason, I can’t recommend them.”
