How likely are you to recommend Franciscan Physician Network Outpatient Behavioral Health Center?
What patients say on Google
“I found Dr Singh very genuine and extremely helpful with my issues Iwould recommend”
“Would not recommend this place..My wife has been seeing Nicole Spence for 2 years and can't say she has helped her any.No therapy or listening to my wife and has been playing with her medicine 2 of them for 2 years.I would say if you have serious mental health issues don't go there.”
“I would be careful getting any treatment at Franciscan Behavioral Health. After talking with a therapist who works there in regards to an experience I had with the Franciscan EMPATH unit and the poor medical care that I received by the ER doctor as well as in the EMPATH unit, she agreed that the medical community 100% stigmatizes those with mental health conditions, but all she can do as a therapist is support her patients. I would assume that supporting your patients also means encouraging them to fight against being stigmatized by medical doctors. She also questioned my experience and actually GASLIGHTED me by saying I had asked why I had been hospitalized and she told me...in reality all I had asked was how to share my story in regards to the treatment that I received by Franciscan hospital. When I called her out on it and questioned if she truly listens to her clients she refused to acknowledge any part of our conversation. While the behavioral health unit is separate than the EMPATH unit at Franciscan, I had gone to the ER due to not being able to sleep from severe leg pain. The ER doctor assumed within 10 minutes I was manic and bipolar even though I have never been bipolar and dealt with managed depression for over 10 years. They had me transferred to the emPATH unit where I was placed at a horrible facility and my leg pain continued to be ignored. I was having difficulty walking and crying from the pain while in the EMPATH unit and given no help aside from Ibuprofen. When I was finally released I went to IU Arnett and actually received appropriate care that was causing my inability to sleep and the leg pain....CANCER will cause a significant amount of pain and make it so you can't sleep. And to allow Franciscan to understand the severity of my pain, dilaudid and morphine did little to ease my pain...I was eventually given a Fentanyl pump that finally helped! While I am assuming that ER doctors were worried about me being drug seeking, I have never had a history of drug use and even stated I was having worse pain than natural childbirth with one of those being an 11 pound 9 ounce baby....but sure, let's assume I can't sleep because I am manic....that makes sense... Franciscan Behavioral Health care definitely is a joke and it's sad that even the therapists think its okay the medical community judges mental health patients. Oh, and because during our conversation she kept telling me, go ahead and share my story that is why I believe she wants her name known....even though she clearly is a poor therapist who believes "helping patients" is keeping poor medical care hush, hush and doesn't need to be addressed as as "it's a broken system with stigma" and "there isn't anything anyone can really do about it" so her idea of helping people is to just admit there are problems but not actually do anything to address the stigmas.”
“I don’t recommend Cody L Nelson he pushed for me to have meds i didn’t want/use to be prescribed and when I confronted him the next appointment he blamed me for it”
