Front desk, the nurses , xray tech and the doctor were all wonderful. They listened to my concerns, seemed thorough and I was very pleased with this visit. Thank you all for yalls help and care.”

“Usually have good experiences with the Franciscan network, left feeling dismissed. Reviewed the after visit summary on mychart to find the Nurse Practitioner did not at all listen to my concerns. At no point was my vitals taken when clinically would have been very necessary for my care with presentation. Also stated my rash had been extremely itchy which I emphasized in the exam was not at all the case. Very discouraging to feel so dismissed and not heard at all. Left feeling as my care had been neglected when just the bare minimum would have been more than enough.”

“If I have to give a 0 I would I went in yesterday for a cough, soar throat, and so much pain in my ears. They did nothing but a strep test and covid test and check my blood pressure and said my ear was really red but didn't prescribe me medicine for an infection. Also front desk and the 2 nurses were really rude one of them was named Ariana. Please don't go to this place they won't care about you”

“1. Every other minute clinic charges $35 for a camp physical, same as a sports physical... they charge $75... 2. It was dirty in the lobby. 3. It was crowded, wait time was very long.”
