What patients say on Google
“I've been going to this place for about 8 years now, and unfortunately due to lack of staff this place is not able to provide efficiently. I absolutely love my therapist and psychiatrist but I was not able to see them as much as I would like to. My appointments focused on me catching them up on my daily life rather than being able to consistently touch base on trauma management. I have tried to call but almost every time I am left on voicemail when trying to schedule appointments consistently by the front desk. Everyone is extremely kind, but unfortunately there’s too much demand as they are handling too many patients.”
“I have now called 4 times and sent 3 my chart messages over the course of a week. I still don't have a med for my ten year old son. I have alot of patience but this is not okay.”
“The office staff is awful!! They never pick up a phone and they are awful with calling back. If you are in need of a prescription or an appointment expect it to be delayed. When I say they never pick up a phone I mean NEVER! Then you have to be sitting by your phone to have them call you back And if you work full time and can’t answer the phone you just have to call again and again for them to call you back. Again a year later this clinic never answers their phone. I thought maybe their bad reviews would have them step up on their game but you call their office and they never answer. They seriously are horrendous. Came from Illinois where the office picked up the phone every single time you called and we’re on the spot!! People who actually cared! This office should be ashamed of themselves and whoever raised these lazy people!!”
“Would leave no stars. My fiance was diagnosed with bipolar last year and has tried to cope with his depression. His therapist was great help but the NP Faith I think needs to go back to school. She doesn't listen to how you are feeling on medication and still pushes to keep you on the medication that make you feel worse. He has went somewhere else to get better care and moved for it. He told the NP and she only would give him a small amount of meds while he tries to look for a new doc. He told her he was moving and she said "bye" then hung up on him. I am not very happy with this place and even though I see a therapist and this guy Jain, they are wonderful, but I am thinking of looking for another place myself because this is just upsetting. He has been through a lot and needs help but she doesn't care. I would call and leave messages no call back. I have to send messages on mychart to the therapist to get help. Or call his Primary for help. When he was supposed to come pick up something they never called, so I went up there to get it and they said there was nothing there. I asked them to look, guess what, it was right next to the girl. I really don't think most of the people here care about the how people are doing and if they are getting better. I cannot stress enough how often my fiance would need me back there but I believe they try to manipulate the ill people and tell them what to do so they have patients coming back and they can get paid. I don't think they understand what we are going through to make sure our family is doing well. I am glad he has went to try and make himself better with another person to get himself help and control of his illness. Faith is rude and uncaring. Front desk has warmed up to me but I have seen how they can be and I know how they are once you are able to get them on the phone. I call a thousand times and they would answer and hang right up. They don't want to work and care if the patients are doing okay or are taken care of.”
