“I have been a patient of Dr Kuldeep Singh since 2018. I was given corticosteroids before a surgery that year and had a panic attack that basically remains constant to this day without medication. Dr Singh prescribed me a SSRI that gave me suicidal ideations, at that point he switched me to a different SSRI. Then when I was still having side affects he just kept switching out SSRI meds with me. He gives me one other medication that actually works but says I have to take the ssri to receive the other med that helps. When I go in for my appointments he always asks me if I was able to decrease the use of the other medication before bothering to ask how things r going. what happened to me from the corticosteroid has completely changed my life in many ways. I suffer everyday with this condition. He has pushed for me to see a counselor for a while and eventually I did. At my next appointment he said that I was a worry wort, and then said that the counselor said I was a worry wort. So who knows who said that but I know who said it to me. Dr Singh, its like he is just running off a play book. I've never felt like he has any plan for me to get any better which is also what the counselor said to me. The unprofessional remarks about being a "worry wart" just takes the cake so to speak. He is condescending and not tailoring my recovery to me personally, just running different plays out of a book.”

“Highly recommend. I imagine if you are reading this review that you are looking for care for yourself or a loved one. When I was recently in that position, I was scared to death. The staff are kind and understanding. Once I got to visit my loved one there I was put at ease and felt confident we were getting the help and support we needed. They have a schedule that they stick to, which is a great variety of therapy, meeting with a psychiatrist, and group therapy. We got sent home with resources and a direction of help to improve our situation. I am thankful.”

“I was admitted may of 2023 and November of 2023, both times they would not communicate with my parents about how I was doing and when I would be discharged. Once I got to the php portion of getting help the communication got even worse. Once I was signed up to start, my mother was told to cancel three weeks worth of therapy because I was meant to be in php for at least two weeks. I was in php for no longer than a single week, my mother was unaware of when I would be discharged from this part until the day of discharge. I was unable to reschedule my canceled appointments and went without help for the rest of the year, causing my me tal health to plummet. I later found out the reason they practically kicked me out is because I knew one of the patients there. Do not send your kids here, they do NOT communicate and they don’t care about your child’s mental health, no matter how much they try to reassure you that they do. Edit: I’m also trans, and once I told both sections my preferred name they refused to use it, causing more distress during my time in the hospital. They weren’t being ignorant since I explained to the nurses I interacted with how I feel about it, they just didn’t care.”

“You will be rushed out even if the primary doctor demands you need to be there. And if you return after a suicide attempt don’t expect them to help. The nurses hugged me and was angry that they were sending me home because they knew I needed help. If you feel suicidal go to St. Catherine, they actually helped me. I was hospitalized here after struggling for 3 years of post Covid issues that led to a mental breakdown. I told them I wasn’t ready to leave and they kept saying I was just trying to stay there because I felt safe. I WAS DEALING WITH A 3 YEAR BATTLE!! Of course I felt safe and needed to feel safe going home. The meds made me feel suicidal and when I come back for help after an attempt you throw me out and tell me to deal with it? Even though my doctor demanded me to be there for help? I am so lucky my friends helped me find help. How many suicide cases would have been avoided if you didn’t reject them and make them feel like they were just seeking attention? Shame on you.”
