“My son had an appointment scheduled for today at the Brownsferry location. We arrived at 8am when the doors opened for his appointment. There was no receptionist working and two other patients were in the lobby. Both patients were pulled to the back for their appointments. We sat in the lobby for over an hour. After that hour someone finally walked out so we could ask about his appointment. She said his appointment was at the other location because the doctor he was scheduled to see moved offices. No notification to us of this move and the conformation texts stating his appointment had the Brownsferry address as well. We waiting the three month hold for new patients then after our first appointment, he was moved to a different therapist. The month was two months out (today) all for the Doctor to have moved with no notice to us. Now we have to wait another month to see the Doctor at her new location. All in all nobody is picking up the phones at either location. I am very upset my son has to have ADHD/Autism medicine as well as medicine for depression at the age of seven. Now when have to try to find someone to manage his medicine because he primary care office closed. This office is very unprofessional and when I asked what we do until the next appointment because he would be out of medication before then she just shrugged her shoulders. My son missed school. I took off work all for nothing at the end of all this and to throw off a schedule of an austium child.”
