What patients say on Google

“Forge has truly been a life-changing support system on my wellness journey. From the very beginning, the team has shown deep care, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping me grow. Their integrated approach — combining therapy, counseling, and medication management — has given me the tools I need to heal, find balance, and move forward with confidence. Each provider I’ve worked with has brought not just expertise, but compassion and respect. I’ve never felt like just another client — they’ve taken the time to understand me, and that’s made all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where your mental health is treated with real thoughtfulness and dedication, I can’t recommend Forge highly enough. They’ve been instrumental in helping me become the healthiest version of myself.”

“I really didn’t want to write a negative review because in the beginning, I was promised things would get worked out. I was matched with Forge Health through my PCP when I was looking for a medical diagnosis. During this match service, I had to fill out a questionnaire. Where I specifically put I didn’t want talk therapy; I was more interested in medicine. After I matched with Forge, I got a call right away and scheduled a virtual appointment. During scheduling and my appointment, I specifically said I have had a previous diagnosis and been on medication, I just needed an updated diagnosis. Everything seemed fine and the appointment seemed like it was a medical evaluation. Until the end when I was told I needed to schedule an appointment every week or every other week. I said why would I need to do that when I’m getting medication?? She said oh no, that appointment is supposed to be with one of our NPs…this is just talk therapy - we don’t write scripts. I said I specifically asked for a med evaluation and wasn’t interested in therapy!! Long story short, I was going back and forth with Kiersten, who told me numerous times that she was going to handle it with the billing department. I got pretty upset because it was a total waste of my time and it was something I was not interested in. Kiersten said it was totally their fault for putting me under the wrong schedule and this would all be taken care of. I was pretty hopeful during this time because she made it seem like it was handled. Until I got my bill in the mail. I wanted to catch this billing issue BEFORE it went through my insurance and the bill came out. Well. It didn’t because no one had an answer for me, even though I’ve been calling them numerous times a week to make sure this charge was being taken care of. She just kept saying that billing is backed up now and it’ll be taken care of. I am still calling them once or twice a week and I keep getting connected to the billing department. But no one answers the phone and I have to keep leaving a voicemail. To which no one calls me back. Let me point out that my appointment was in the beginning of MARCH. It is now the beginning of JULY and I’m still dealing with this. All I want is the wrong charge to get taken off, like promised, and leave it at that. Hopefully someone can contact me with an answer and not keep going around in circles explaining myself.”

“This system is the worst I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time with them as they are unclear, unkind, and unprofessional. Less than 24 hours before my appointment I got an email saying they may need to cancel my appointment, while they say they will bill you $50 if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. They are completely ridiculous.”

“Promises made. Promises broken. They should get out of this field until they have their own mental health in order. Update - what a dysfunctional company! And a terrible portal. And an expired verification on Psycholgy Today. Being a bad business is bad for business and those you purport to "serve."”
