What patients say on Google

“Probably my least favorite out of the other dr offices. You go from the parking lot almost always full, to then an elevator which confuses people because when you think your on the ground floor your not. The ground floor actually holds like the physical therapy where the pool is, And the weight room and things like that. That confuses people because you kind of feel like you're already on the ground floor but you're not. Then, you go into the waiting room. Especially if you're going to see a doctor it's normally upstairs. The waiting room is really old, really dated. Sometimes the ladies at the desk are really nice. Sometimes they're really hateful. Just kind of depends on who you get the lab is to your right. When you step in, and now, those ladies have always been very nice. And then you know, you wait to see your doctor the rooms are not the cleanest. I've also seen worse. For a heavier set person. A lot of the rooms only have the tiny chairs with the metal arms on the sides and those are very uncomfortable. But some will have the ones without arms. The waiting room chairs are so worn out that you feel like you're sitting on the ground. You feel every bit of the wood frame, and it's just that it needs an update. Bad, it's pretty bad, it's kind of gross but the doctor's there, I mean, we've had some pretty nice doctors. They seem to like not stay very long, though. They do leave a lot, but when you go to like the side where you get like the botox or the injections and stuff with Andrew Davison, Dr. Andrew Davison, he is the best. He's so nice. His stuff seems to be cleaner a little bit nicer.I don't know if they just take care of it better. But he always does an excellent job.So I would definitely say if you need something like that done. With all full confidence, would use him for sure. But my doctor now is going to be located into the knightstown facility, which is brand new.And i'm hoping that it will be a better experience.”

“GO ELSEWHERE! If your a veteran they don’t want you to come here. I was told “I hope you don’t come back” when I tired to talk to someone about how I was treated! They don’t verify that your appointment got approved, they make you waste your time by having you take time off work and driving to the facility and then tell you they can’t see you after they called you the day before to confirm you’d be there. They expect you to know the address and where to go and if you ask questions they huff and puff at you because that means they have to do their job and speak with you. They blamed me for THEIR mistake. And Sherri a so called manager that works there was the one that was making excuses for the facility and the one who said I hope you don’t come back. So don’t waste your time or money on this so called medical facility! Clearly they don’t want patients with a rating of 2 stars.”

“Do not see Doshia Burk, nurse practitioner. Her entire demeanor was smug, arrogant, rude and completely disrespectful. At one point she told me that "I was just trying to find something wrong with me." When I further explained my symptoms, that I was sorry this somehow upset her but didn't appreciate being spoke to like that, she smirked and responded "I'm sooo sorry you feel that way." I left in tears I was so upset. I will not be returning to a medical facility that employs such people.”
