What patients say on Google

“I would give a 10 star rating if it was available. My primary care doctor, Ronande Creesburg is the best!! She has helped "whip" me back to health with her detailed attention to my concerns as a patient. Dr. Creesburg actually took the time make me feel heard, unlike some doctor offices that I have visited with in the past. She never rushes the visits and is always looking for different options to meet my medical needs. The nursing staff is top notch to me. Supervisor Ingrid Patterson, for one, she personally makes sure that all goes well with your communications and visits with the nursing and upfront office staff. She really cares about the patients that come through the doors there at Foothills Community Center in Clemson. She is a great fit at that office. She alway asks "how are you doing," and you know she means it and is not just "blowing smoke." The pharmacist, Landan Watts is one of the best pharmacists that I have engaged with in all of my time. He is very detailed and cares about your journey with the medication(s) that you take. He is very quick to interact with the doctor staff and in other ways to help make sure that you receive the medication that is needed. On several occasions, if the medication was not at his office then he would make sure to call the other centers to make sure that I was taken care of. I have been extremely happy with the staff that makes me feel like family at Foothills Community Healthcare Center in Clemson SC.”

“They honestly don't care about your health or time. It was like pulling teeth to get my first appointment, where all of my concerns were dismissed. Instead, I waited 2 months for them to check and make sure my vagina was healthy, which was pretty low on my list of concerns. I got in early today to do paperwork, finished it, was checked in and told they would be able to see me early, they "love" early! I'm leaving without being seen after sitting for half an hour in the waiting room. Thanks, guess I'll go pop over-the-counter pain meds until my liver fails. Edit: the only way I would ever consider giving these people my time or money would be a change in management. Ingrid has been hostile every time she's called me.”

“I have been going here now for two years. I absolutely love this place and I adore the staff. Everyone is so living and caring, and I like that it is adorable and the help the community. People who do not have insurance can go here on a sliding scale and still receive amazing care and treatment. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs good health care.”

“I tried to follow-up on a xray. I recieved a text message stating they tried to contact me 6 times. I tried to explain via text the issue. I was told to stop texting they have other people to deal with. I spent over an hour trying to contact someone. No luck. I went to the office and had them call my phone it did not ring. The girl said it was my phone. A supervisor asked if I tried calling and hitting prompt 1. The girl ignored the incoming call and had to be nudged to answer it. Not my first issue, but it will be the last.”
