I could go into so much detail but it would literally be a magazine of writing. I give them 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give them something so a 1 star is the lowest I can go.”

This company offers incredible team building skills, the possibility to grow and advance, willingness to teach, incentives, incredible management skills and most of all gives you the sense of purpose for your position! As for families or individuals who are interested in Focus services, I would say absolutely go for it! Focus is family based so when utilizing their services, you will quickly develop that similar family relationship! You are listened to and always at top priority! Focus takes the time to train their staff properly and give extra training when needed so that they can assist the individuals they support in the best possible way. “Fbhi is the best company Ive been a part of simply because of the people you work for. I’m not talking about clients. I’m talking about management and HR. Over the time period I worked there I received support, encouragement, transparency, education and the feeling of family and appreciation for my work. Every job has its problems but I can honestly say I’ve become a better man due to the abundance of support I received. I’ve recently quit due to circumstances and they did all they could do to help me through. You may not make much money initially but I believe those who stick with Focus will be rewarded in some way.
