“The staff here are very inconsiderate. The heat index is over 100°f, there is no shade, but PATIENTS are forced to wait outside. This man stood outside and waited for almost an hour. His car did not have AC. Sweating profusely and dizzy, he lay down on the sidewalk. A staff member promptly came out and told him he would have to stand up or leave. She never asked him if he was OK. He stumbled away. I hope he's okay.”
