“I have never felt so humiliated and ignored seeing a professional focused on mental health. In arriving to the office, the another patient who did not have an appointment came in shortly after me. The doctor chose to speak to this patient first and did not call me back until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When I finally spoke to the doctor, it didn't feel like she cared or was listening to me at all. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.”

“I’m gonna tell you strait up that Dr. Mian was good when helping me out in a crisis when I was hospitalized for my mental health issues and got me on the right medication. However, in my experience she was terrible when it came to listening to me regarding my struggles with my medication and other issues. In the end, her practice was causing me more stress instead of relieving it. In addition, she takes on way too many patients and lacks time management skills to run her practice effectively and patient have to wait about an hour to be seen. Furthermore, the secretary, Tracy, did not send out important faxes and as a result I could not receive my medication (luckily the office had samples that could use in the meantime). All of this led me to seek a new psychiatrist and I am very glad that I did at this point.”

“I have always had a great experience here! The doctors care about me and make me feel very comfortable with every visit! I honestly don’t mind the waiting time because having a doctor that really listens is hard to find and completely worth it when it comes to you health. The office itself has done a great job with communication and follow-ups as well. With such a busy schedule I have to applaud their management and oversight in calling me the day before appt for reminders. This shows how much they truly care. Dr. Mian and her office staff really do make an effort to show how much they value me and my health! I highly recommend!”
