“I used to love Dr. Vijapoura. He was the first Dr that was able to figure the correct medication and correct dosage. I saw him every month and paid cash. I also loved his secretary. I moved away for several years and returned. I was having a very hard time. I will never return again. My 1st appointment was around 300.00 and it wasn’t Dr. Vijapoura but a person I had never seen and she did not introduce herself or tell me who she was. She breezed in and her first words were, “we need to make this quick as I have an appointment.” She was going to do the assessment. The second thing she said was you seem to have mania?? Never heard that in my life 66 years. She did make it quick about 20 min for 300.00. She also made the comment, “You are not working or going to school, what’s the problem, so you don’t really need medication”. For my next appointment it was Dr Vijapoura, this woman and another man. This woman I’m sure gave her opinion before my appointment. They were very cruel to me. Dr Vijapoura refused to prescribe me the medication that he himself had established for me years earlier. I don’t know what happened to him. I won’t be returning.”

“After moving back home right after hurricane Michael, Dr. V.J. and his amazing staff were there for me as I transitioned from the Sub program up north to his program here. Even though there were no phones, Mrs. Nikki and Mrs. Bonnie were using their own personal phones to keep everything going. They were always there and always went above and beyond, still having group sessions and such. After all this, the Doc, Nikki, and Bonnie feel more like family than a business. I HIGHLY recommend them if your looking for a doctor and staff that truly care about your recovery, physically, mentally and spiritually. They are a God send!!!”
