“Dr. Trivedi and his team with Florida Medical behavioral health in Wesley Chapel is absolutely amazing. They deserve 10 stars not 5 stars. I recently had an encounter with Robina Bhatnagar that brought tears to my eyes. Robina has been a constant for me at Florida medical behavioral health. When she answers the phone, she is always very friendly, compassionate and understanding. She never rushes me off the phone. She always takes her time to listen to me. Recently I was having a bad two weeks. I was rushing to the office to get samples of medication due to a Pharmacy error. The office closed at 4:45. I arrived at the office at exactly 4:45 and the doors were locked at that moment this was absolutely devastating for me. I was already having a difficult time and I knew that I could not go without my medication’s. I knocked on the door several times with no answer. I just broke down in the parking lot, bawling and crying because it seemed that nothing I did would go right. Then finally, I got a break and that break was with Robina Bhatnagar. Yes, she waited for me! She made such a difference in my life at that moment she took the time to let me cry and just held me. She reassured me that everything was gonna be all right. She restored my faith in humanity at that moment, she’s not just an employee of Florida medical but she is a true angel in disguise Thank you Robina for being such an amazing human being, compassionate understanding and thoughtful. Your kindness went a long ways for me that day and I appreciate you so much. 🥰😍❣️❤️”
