“Staff do not protect me when other residents attack me. I'm currently banned from Oakley for protecting myself from another resident for 30 days. They could use better protocols for people that like to fight anyone at any point of time. I would not allow your family to be in Flatrock because of this. And this same resident has previously attacked me last summer too. If you protect yourself from another resident you're going to be banned too, which is not fair to the person who is getting attacked for no reason at all”

“Flatrock is a pretty nice company. The staff and upper management are pretty support and really help you will accomplishing your goals. They do a lot of fun activities with us residents and interact with us and we have fun. If you have a family member that needs help flat rock would be a Great place to get them help”

“I live at Flatrock Inc and it is a great place.the staff treat me with respect and genuinely care about us the DCW,leads support staff at my home are always interacting with me when they are available.We have wonderful holidays and many other activities and events throughout the year. The company is the best one I've been in. They really do care! We are a big family! They really try to get us where we want to be in life and to live out our potential.I have improved A ton since being here.The only complaint I have is that they might need to place people in places that would be suitable for them.I know this is not always possible as you never really know everything about each resident or their behaviors until they live at Flatrock for a bit. Long review but I would highly recommend placing a family member here if they need special care you can not provide!”
