“FLACRA YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOINGGGGG YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMERS UR WORKERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE DONT EVER go here seriously worst place ever if i could give it 0 stars i would matter fact i’d give it -5 stars I went here to get an evaluation for probation and as u can see in the photo it says I do not need counseling, next thing you know these people are hounding my phone calling me 3 TIMES while i’m at work trying to set me up with a therapist when it clearly states I don’t need individual therapy they claimed that was not their protocol and they also couldn’t even pull up the note that stated i didn't need it in THEIR FILES I had to go out my way and but my probation officer ti get the note back then the lady there still pushed to have me try and do therapy over the phone. 🤣🤣 The two people I seen there were extremely awkward people it almost feels weird talking to them and they are therapists it’s like they don’t even know what to say and let me go ahead and save u before they recommend you to a group counseling session which I thought I would try because it couldn’t be that bad well it was HORRIBLE they treat u like a child, talk to u like a baby it’s the most uncomfortable environment for mental health treatment tbh save yourself the time and do not come here!!!! also the lady who is always at the front desk is incompetent and has no clue what she’s talking about or doing she’s always all over the place like she’s on something I should’ve looked it up before I went as they already have a 2 star review soon to be a 1”

“My son and daughter started here when my daughter went it was pretty decent. I needed to restart counseling but they kept giving me the run around. Making appts canceling saying they will call right back and not do it. Location Rochester New York....I increased status because I did connect for counseling and it's been very beneficial to me”

“tldr: Grossly incompetent. I had been with Interim mental health in Rochester before FLACRA took over. I was lucky enough to meet with someone overseeing FLACRA operations there and was asked if I could spare a moment of my day to discuss how the transition looked from my perspective. At the time, I expressed my displeasure at having to meet with three different people to handle my ongoing treatment. I had signed on with Interim to continue medication management after I moved here, but ended up spending time with two separate nurse practitioners and a therapist. Why? Good question. Over my continued treatment I watched many nurse practitioners, therapists, and receptionists come and go. Some were better than others. When the pandemic hit my visits became over the phone, which only showcased just how little reading FLACRA does. I had to remind my therapist at the time what we had talked about the week prior, because they didn't take the time to read my file. I feel like I put up with a lot of incompetence, so I recently decided to move my treatment elsewhere. I called and spoke with a receptionist, who said I would hear back from 'someone' regarding terminating treatment with them. Of course I received no such call. Lo and behold, a few weeks later, I receive a strange bill in my mailbox. It starts with thirteen "Unapplied Patient Payment" items, ranging from October 2018 through March 2022. Then it goes on to say I need to pay for three services in 2020 and 2021. Was someone finally doing an audit on my account at FLACRA now that I was leaving? Or were they trying to get more money out of me? I called last week and eventually spoke with their financial representative. All thirteen of those "Unapplied Patient Payments" were just an error with their system and I could ignore them. I did still need to pay for these three services though. I asked why I hadn't gotten a bill for them before just now, when I am terminating my treatment with them. 'Someone' didn't send them to the 'responsible party.' In other words, they forgot to click the 'bill patient' button. I was reasonably upset, so I asked for them to send me my entire patient payment history. I wanted to know what services I had received, how much they were billing me, and what I had already paid. I wanted to know everything added up. I received two print outs in the mail in a hand written envelope: Patient Financial Statement and Payments by Client details. No enclosed letter. No explanation of the details within. Just 5 pages, front and back, from two reports they ran, printed, and mailed to me. I had to make my own spreadsheet to figure out just what the hell I was looking at, and I wouldn't have gotten through it all without the dedicated support of my wife. After all the work of entering everything in and figuring out which payment was for which service, two things were clear: there were indeed three services in 2020 and 2021 I hadn't paid for yet, and there were three payments I had made in 2018 for services I had not received! Today is 5/3/2022 and I just got off the phone with that same financial representative. When I asked them to send me my entire payment history, it turns out they didn't send me my entire payment history. They didn't run their report far enough back, so their printed tables didn't include any services or payments before March 2018. If I can't make anything else clear, do not seek treatment through FLACRA.”

“I’ve been coming here for a couple months and I absolutely love my therapist Leah M. I definitely would encourage any and everyone to come to this location. Also, everyone here is very friendly and the service is great. i’ve definitely been flourishing and growing since I’ve been coming and it’s super plus it’s LGBTQ friendly!!”
