“My experience with this office has been unfortunate. I very much enjoy my therapy sessions with Zach, and other than him, this practice has been horrible. Carla is one of the most judgmental, difficult providers I have encountered. She spent the entire 30 mins I spent $120 on insulting me, telling me everything wrong with me, and that I did not want to change. An incredible assessment from a woman I have met all of 3 sessions. It’s an interesting tactic, pushing your patient to tears and making them feel horrible. I will never return to this office. In addition to her behavior, the Billing Staff has allowed me to have three sessions with Zach, but failed to inform me there was a $120 copay PER session, so weeks later they are looking for close to $400. This practice has done nothing but worsen my mental health. I do hope this is shared with Carla, as she should know how she makes her patients feel. We come to you for encouragement, you made me feel like a little kid again. I will tell anyone I know who is seeking mental health services to avoid this practice.”
