“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office! My provider Shantina is absolutely amazing, she truly listens to me, takes her time to understand what is going on and hears all my concerns, and always goes above and beyond to help. The nurses are just as wonderful and have always answered the phone and all my questions. Everyone is kind, caring, and genuinely makes me feel heard and valued. The office is also SPOTLESS and welcoming. I highly recommend this office.”

“I really wanted to like this place. Had an appointment and waited over an hour just to be called back. Hardly any patients there. The NP seemed pretty clueless. I tested positive for Strep but she didn’t even look at my throat or anything else. Also found a breast lump and she forgot about it. When I brought it up, she said, “Did you want me to look at it?” Like why TH you think I brought it up?! 😂🤦‍♀️ Front desk lady and MA was very good though.”

“After having a rough night of sickness, I called FireFly to see about getting IV Hydration. They got me right in! Stefanie was so sweet and helped me through the whole check in process. The clinic was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The hydration room was so relaxing too! The provider, Shantina, was attentive and checked on me every 10 minutes throughout my treatment. “Extremely disappointed, I quit my primary care in White House, so I couId have a closer health care location. We haven't really needed a visit to the clinic in quite a while. But were excited when we found out they had an xray machine and tech there. Another plus. But my husband went in because he had an extremely bad cold and cough for 4 days. He went in and they no longer have an xray machine or tech. They send you to Portland ER. Of the 3 ladies he saw, yesterday apparently no one knew how to listen to one's chest. If I can hear it rattling when he is sitting 2 feet away from Me, they should be able to hear something with a stethoscope. Nope, they said his lungs were clear. Well, he has pneumonia in both lungs. Not pleased with the service or the staff. This clinic is not what it used to be. With a caring and compassionate staff.”
