“Three days ago I had a panic attack inside FGC Urgent Care on Frederick and had to leave. As someone who struggles with agoraphobia, it took everything in me to go back and face that fear—but I did today. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the entire staff, and especially RN Lauren. Her kindness, compassion, and the way she took the time to comfort and reassure me truly meant more than I can put into words. She went above and beyond to help ease my mind, and that kind of care is something you don’t forget. I am so incredibly thankful this place is here and open. Today was a big step for me, and they made it possible. 💛”

“My mother went here in a time of need. They completely disregarded her wellbeing, told her she wasn't having a crisis, and turned her away. Extremely ignorant and unprofessional. No one would reach out for help like she did unless they truly needed it.”

“I went in today to try to get a script for subxone because my clinic was not open today and I explained to them if I didnt get it I would be in withdrawl all weekend and they still offered no help but to go threw withdrawl this weekend and wait until I can see my own doctor so what is the point of this clinic when they offered no help or recourses on what I should do the lady's there were nice and this has nothing to do with them it has to do with me needing help and not receiving any”
