“Once upon a time, this was considered to be the best healthcare provider for us. Now it feels like you have to go through somuch it's like the two ladies at the check-in windows are trying to make things difficult for us. We personally know of a few people who left this office because of this. The Dr's and personnel in the back are GREAT here and we wouldn't change them for the world but if we have to keep being put through the changes before we can see them then we must go.”

“My last visit was in October 2024, at that time there were no mask required. Flash forward 3 months later after the presidential election now mask's are required. There is no science behind this because masks don't protect you from anything. Considering that most of the population has been vaccinated, what message does this practice sends? Maybe it says that they still don't have a clue. Just ideology.”
