What patients say on Google
“I suffer from depression as well as SI, went to my session after work, thought I would feel better, but the jokes on me!! She was dismissive about literally everything I told her and laughed when I told her I wanted to hurt myself. She also told me that what I’m going through is my fault and she doesn’t know how she can help me. Don’t know about anybody else, but hell will freeze over before I see a therapist that lacks empathy and dismisses my feelings. I feel so lost 🥺”
“I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on here… I’ve been going here since I was a baby. Dr. Blanton was my doctor, & he is now all 3 of my kids doctor. Hands down the best doctor in my opinion. I can always count on him when I’m worried about anything with my children. Him & his staff have always helped me in the best way possible. I seen a few things about waiting. As a healthcare worker I understand the times. I know it can get frustrating, but some appointments may take longer than expected, and that’s not the doctors fault.”
“Nowadays, doctors and nurses have forgotten to “do no harm”. If there was one that hasn’t in Missouri, this one would be it. The nurses are so friendly too. I don’t have to worry about talking to what sounds like an emo teenager.”
“Everytime I go to Ferguson for medical care, I am received courteously, efficiently and competently. The medical staff are thorough and each time prescribed a course of treatment that worked to resolve my illness or condition. The clerical staff also are helpful and are skilled with processing intake documents and records.”
