What patients say on Google

“Started going there as a young teen and since their methods of "helping me" weren't giving them the results that felt necessary, they went ahead and created the starting point for derailing my entire life. Don't get started here unless you really want that for yourself. Not to mention all kinds of misinformation about every single service provided and no notice to anything. Therapist told me that she was retiring. Which really meant retiring from providing therapy for my mental health because at her old age she couldn't seem to figure out why I was so distraught about everything in my life even though I told her about 100k times in a row. Talk about unprofessional. Meanwhile, my sister is there not even a month later and sees this provider still in office taking another client back. I was showered in meaningless gifts in hopes that it would improve my mental health. And then she proceeds to get angry/petty when it didn't result in whatever she wanted to put in her success charts. We'll see where this gets you Mrs. July. And stop stalking all of my social media platforms, I'm tired of blocking all of your accounts. 👋🏻”

“I have been going here for almost coming up a year now. I have come to realize that I can finally put my trust and faith in the process of healing again and finding my own path yet again while I work with my therapist and her staff who refuses to see me fail. I enjoy being able to see myself through this process while I continue to work on the hard stuff once more and grow into the person I always wanted to become. I truly appreciate Fenton Wellness for being apart of this journey I am on. Life is hard but change is definitely worth it and possible. We are lifelong learners and we are always learn from each other but there’s always so much beauty to see then the sum of our existence. I think things differently and I am embracing that being different is a beautiful thing with the help of Fenton Wellness and other people along the way. I would not be here if it weren’t for my hope, my faith, my courage and commitment to begin again. When you fall down and get hit in this life. Always remember to keep going and keep moving forward no matter what because you are still worth it and sacred. Thank you so very much Fenton Wellness for your support and help in getting me back on track with my life. I really appreciate you guys and I respect you. Compassionate is given for free but respect has to be earned. Your life is not wasted and neither are you. There is so much more than you can only imagine and I am only saying some of these encouraging words because not only do I think you should try again but because I know what it is like to be defeated by the weight of this world but I also know with the right connections you can make it through to begin again.”

“Worst place ever. Was referred here by my children’s psychiatry for my son for behavioral therapy. Called gave all of my information and they told me they’d call me back to schedule an appointment. Never called me. Since I worked third shift, I had my mother call and check on the availability of an appointment. Woman was completely rude to my mother told her that she had called me And left a message About scheduling an appointment. Told m my mother that I would need to call them. Well, I return the call and they told me they have no one that can provide services to my son. I absolutely do not believe this since they called to schedule an appointment supposedly. I have a feeling it’s because the woman was rude to my mother and my mother might’ve gotten rude back so now they are just not going to offer services to me. When I called questioning everything, A different woman was very off. Explained how sorry she was and that they have information for me to go someplace else. Wow, customer service they absolutely have none. I can say I was very nice and the woman was right off the bat standoffish. For a place offering therapy maybe they should give it to their staff for free.”

“Counseling and nurse practitioner services here have been great for my family. Andrea has been wonderful to us. Office staff are also friendly, prompt and helpful. Clients for about a year now.”
