“DO NOT go to this place everything is a mess there my Nurse Practitioner should have her license revoked she prescribed me medication then I waited & waited & nothing was called in it was controlled so imagine what can happen cold turkey she didn’t care & lied to me every single intake of the way I was left to die but luckily I had a doctor just in case because I didn’t trust her. God bless everyone who is in her care I’m just throwing it out you will regret it. Her name is Amanda or Samantha you should ask who you are getting please be careful they are not skilled bunch of young kids playing with your life.”
