“Really need to work on their staff and their availability. Supervisor was no help either. You miss one appointment and they put you at the bottom of the waitlist. Seriously y'all need to get it together. People need help and instead of listening you just tell them anything and send them out the door. Very unprofessional place and communication was not given right.”

They often seem like they don't want to be bothered, never hand out any REAL counseling and just ask you to tell them about "what's new" and proceed to ask you "and what else?, And what else?" Until your appointment is over and then you go home.”
