“Really bad front desk service for such a large organization. Is it professional standard to not have phones on at a certain time? How do people make appointments that aren't standing appointments with the counselors? How do people make appointments for psych? Turnover rate is horrible with the counselors, Supervisor is no better to deal with. Really, I've dealt with a lot of unprofessional and unorganized medical offices but this one has by far been the worst experience. Regret coming back to Family Service League. EDIT: No one should ever have to call over 6 times to get through to a front desk line. That is so disappointing for patients, let alone patients in mental health crisis. This needs to be fixed.”

“Ombudsman Program, run by Elizabeth Maxim, is fantastic. They are a great resource to people who are in need of help when an assisted living facility, in this case The Arbors at Hauppauge, are mentally/emotionally abusing your family and trying to take advantage of elderly. Thanks for the help and guidance!”

“I only take therapies here beacause i was a DASH patient and nobody else would take me, but when i say this place SUCKS i really do mean it, i’ve had a switch of therapists 3 times last year and I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A CALL FROM MY NEW THERAPIST??? its been like a month 😌 this places reliability is non existent…even their voicemail is full😂 EMPTY YOUR DAMN VOICEMAIL…fyi! Don’t even try calling these people they never answer, theres better therapy places in the sea then this one”

“I ask them to help with my mortgage they told me they help me with $1000 now they told me they only help with rent mortgage an rent is the same things that’s discrimination I am going to call the commissioner they shouldn’t be in business is they only help certain people it’s so sad that always denie helping us”
