“I'm so sad to learn my psychiatrist is leaving the practise but for good reasons. We connected very well and she understood me so very well. Connecting with your psychiatrist is not an easy thing to do and I was glad to have found her. I also want to mention Maria Villanueva Medical records has been so very helpful. She responds quickly. Andi who answers most of my inquiries and is very pleasant. The girl at the front desk which I cannot remember her name was always kind and always smiling. I hope others have the same experience I did.”

“Been here for 4 years.originally seen by comfort ube who made me feel very uncomfortable so I was given a new psychiatrist who was great but have now had 3 and got put back to comfort. The turn around is horrible because no provider likes working there. They all quit. Comfort doesn’t care what you say only what she writes down on her screen as you are talking (doesn’t speak English fluently so she misses a lot). So if she misses something it doesn’t matter. She has no concern or care for her patients. Had to walk out of an appointment because I had expressed I was feeling manic and she blamed me for not taking meds as prescribed even though we prescribed them as needed. ( she just wrote down what she wanted) she also told me to ignore what other doctors who had seen me where said because she was my doctor now. No respect for me or my past. How she is allowed to practice mental health is mind blowing to me. Please if you are bi polar or have anxiety never come here. The amount of 1 star reviews actively grows.”

“Had my 1st appointment with Aveleigh Cook. Felt as if she was trying to re diagnose me. Had a panic attack while leaving the office bc I felt so unheard. Should have went w my gut and the other reviews and gone elsewhere …………….. Second appointment update… My second appointment was today - 2.4.26 with Melissa- I can’t praise this woman enough for listening to me and truly showing compassion. I am glad I gave this office a second chance and they reached out to me with care for a second appointment. Thank u for listening..”

“I have no complaints about this practice!!! I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I'm so glad I gave them a chance! Scheduling is great (I've experience very little wait time, usually), office staff is good, never had any billing issues and the communication through the patient portal is AMAZING! This is the only practice I've ever been to where they run and use a patient portal the way it should be. Always a quick response and never any problems getting medications refilled quickly. ....and the office building setting is beautiful!”
