My parents taught me that modern medicine is a miracle. They taught me that God, the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, prevents diseases and controls them thru doctors!!!!”

“I have been a patient for 3.5 years and they have NEVER missed an appointment, I have NEVER waited in the waiting room for more than 10 min, if that. I have a phone appointment every month and go in quick and easily every 3 months. It is a courtesy for Doctors offices to file insurance claims so they get paid. It is not their responsibility. If you get charged call your insurance company to find out how to file a claim and get your money back. It is NOT the doctors fault. People are so used to them doing it they got spoiled. Well news flash they don’t HAVE to. Also, if you can’t pay for your visit it’s not their fault. You can’t go to the grocery store and ask for free groceries just because you don’t have the money so stop expecting a doctor to or get better insurance. This staff has been nothing but helpful and has never missed anything. I do have to call back and schedule my next appointment and I have forgot to do so before but that’s on me and when I realize I call and they get me in immediately. Idk what all the bad reviews are but I will not go anywhere else. Thank you To Dr Saeed on my 1st appointment for explaining everything so well and being so nice and everyone else after to continue my care exceptionally!! I greatly appreciate it!! “Hardly ever see Dr Saeed, it always someone different. Felt treated more like a number than a person. I was seeing them every 90 days and now it's required every month. I can't afford that. Michelle at the front desk is very Rude! They wanted me to take Ambient as well, hell no. I am happier at Psych Plus in Webster, very professional and caring.”

“Called and made an appointment about three weeks out. Used a sick day at my job that I will never get back. Gave them my insurance information. Day of appointment comes around and I am told that my appointment was never entered in to the "system". On top of that the "doctor" isn't even in for this entire week. How absolutely Unprofessional this place is. If they try to charge something to my insurance, you better believe I'll be suing and reporting their business practices to the states attorneys office.
