What patients say on Google

“The front desk staff are always so friendly & helpful. The psychiatrist was also very kind and informative. But best of all my child loves his therapist & always looks forward to his sessions with her! Thanks Family Intervention Partners!”

“Software for online appointments doesn’t work. My psychiatrist set me to ween off my medication twice without asking me. I was told that it wasn’t intended, which makes it more concerning to me. Never had a follow-up about a potential therapist over the course of 4 months. Please look elsewhere.”

“Celina omens did at least 2 no-shows and still charged my insurance. The one appointment we actually had we spent the majority of the time trying to get in touch with each other through an online portal that does not work well. We spent about 20 minutes playing phone tag. What a horrible thing to put someone through seeking assistance during a crisis. After the first no show, she just started putting recurring appointments in for herself knowing she would not show up. I had to call and cancel them, letting them know I would not be rescheduling. Just to get a bill in the mail almost 4 months later. I will be filing a grievance with the better business bureau and my insurance.”

“If you’re looking for timely, competent, and compassionate mental health care—keep looking. I spent two months waiting for this office to get me my prescribed medication, only to be met with repeated, unnecessary questioning about things as basic as whether I’ve ever smoked (I haven’t). Each time, it felt less like a medical assessment and more like an interrogation, as if my answers weren’t believable. To make matters worse, their receptionist blatantly claimed I never called the office—despite the fact that I have phone records to prove otherwise (and I’m fairly certain they record calls “for quality purposes”). For a psychiatric office, you’d think they would understand the importance of providing mental health medication promptly and treating patients with respect. Unfortunately, professionalism and empathy seem to be in short supply here. To clarify this is for the Baltimore Office!”
