How likely are you to recommend Family Healthcare Tower Pointe?
What patients say on Google
“Did my Clinical here, with Brooke and Brittany from the lab, they are absolutely awesome. And very good teachers/trainers. 10/10 recommend!”
“I love my dr but Lisa the receptionist is very unprofessional and cannot tell people the right day to show up to their appointment. Basically just sent me and my sick toddler home & all we needed was a covid test.”
“August 18, I was reschedule an DSS Drug test, when I got to the window. I was advised that my appointment was the day before. I ask the CMA to double check because I was told the 18th. She was explaining it was wrongly put in but there was nothing they could do. I was confused because of the severity of this issue if I missed the appointment. While going back and forth, Ms. Ernestine Shabazz stands up. She told me I needed to leave or she would call security and did. She refused to go get her office manager, but he ended up hearing her yelling at me and came out. After a quick run over with the office manager, they didn’t have the control form to do the test anyways. So they schedule the wrong day, and didn’t have the tools needed for my drug test. Explains why she was threatening me with security and refusing for me to speak with her manager. They are rude, unprofessional, unorganized and insensitive to their patients matters if they did something wrong. Instead of taking accountability and trying to fix the problem. All they had to do was call DSS and rectify the problem, instead they wanted me to leave without a clear understanding what really happened, putting me and my child at risk with DSS. Ernestine Shabazz is Bad for business and can not be trusted to have integrity when she has to take accountability for her own or office mistakes.”
“Had to have my stepdaughter blood drawn this week for testing after some knee surgery last weekend. Brittney, Jessica, and all the other nurses were able to get in and out very efficiently with a rowdy, anxious 10 year old. She has always been incredibly scared anytime a needle comes near her. Tower Pointe was recommended to us after the nurses at The Childrens Center up the road could not do it. These nurses are savants at getting what they need from the patients, as well as being understanding with the childrens fears. Highly recommend. The folks here do a wonderful job at taking care of their patients.”
