“seriously can’t say enough good things about Family Health Services. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming.. it never feels cold or rushed like some places do. The new pharmacy downtown has the nicest pharmacist I have ever had, and super helpful with questions and pricing What really stands out to me is how much they actually work with you. Because of all the options they offer, I’ve been able to see both my provider and dentist regularly without constantly stressing about the cost, which has made a huge difference for me personally. The staff takes their time, listens, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell they genuinely care, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs and how comfortable they make you feel. Honestly, I’m really grateful I found them and would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area.”

“Shuffle me around to the third psychiatrist in three or four years and they're only prescribing Dr Jocelyn met me for a minute and a half and decided that the 10 to 15 years. I've been taking a medication that I just need refills on that she was gonna change it because of "how I was presenting" I don't know what a level 10 pain patient supposed to be presenting in the minutes since i walked in the door. but I would wonder if she went to a "no child left behind" nurse. Does firelands DEI hire? Her Facebook full of meaningless selfies new SUV. Don't recommend anything associated with Firelands. Family health services but especially Jocelyn. Hopefully they get some new people in. I'm going elsewhere.”

“The nurses there a ferocious when it comes to protecting and caring for their patients. I've been through it with workers comp for the past six months and they have fought tooth and nail for me. They're my ride or die physicians and I wouldn't have it any other way❤️”

“LPN Jennifer Kearney is absolutely the best! She listens, the short time I have been with her she has done far more than my previous Dr just by listening and responding to concerns of my condition and adjusting medication as asked and not push more prescriptions on me.”
