What patients say on Google

“I came here from a 7 year patient at a private clinic with low expectations it being a government ran facility and boy did the medical director nurses and counselor not disappoint! I won't get into them personally as the receptionist and a few others where professional just becareful with one nurse nodding out and the other mean mugging you or shuts you up because she is "busy" or the MD. that runs it. I have fast metabolites for medications especially opiates like methadone but with split doses it's manageable, which this clinic doesn't offer (not even the testing) so my original dose i was on for 7 years was changed to a single and they also said I would have to lower my dose a !second time now! as it was to high for their facility guidelines the first time and now again because of my other medications that i have been taking just as long as methadone.(it was the medical directors personal feelings not a rule or guideline slipped from the head nurses lips over the phone) I feel like if the medical director actually had any part to play In my mat program besides the intake appointment she would know her personal feelings and not learning new methods are doing more damage than good and probably has been for a long time to alot of people. Everyone's body and addiction is different and I won't let anyone jeopardize or control my health after I have been fixing it from the doctors that started it all from a spinal Injury at 15 years old. Keep fighting even when the people that should be helping are not! You're worth it.”

“I really like this place. It’s simple. Not crazy or over crowded. Everyone is nice. And it helps me over come my opiate addiction. Methadone helps me be functional and not a dysfunctional mess. They’re so nice. Understand their hour of operation and their hours of operation. I just make sure I get there during dispensing hours and there’s no problems. I haven’t had any problems. I don’t my best to stay sober and continue my life as a recovering addict. Thank you so much for this program. Suboxone was not working for me. Methadone is not working for me. I just keep it simple I be nice and I get my medicine.”

“Tony Kuba WHATS UP?!? I hope you are thankful for this clinic for they are really kind and sobriety is so strong for the state to pay for rides a day just for you to get your medication so I’d be very appreciative. I was on methadone before you and I talked about Diane n how she cares I just wish you knew she cares n ya so what she caught u being sneaky swapping things ya know 😏. Dianne is a very strong willed counselor who helped me complete methadone maintenance. I used to go to the location on Jefferson years ago and honestly Tony picking you up reminded me of the old clinic on Jefferson We couldn’t even pick you up in the car because you were going to various cars and no one wants to be involved w that. We used to be close friends I hope you are working the program and getting better… ❤️‍🩹 you used to be one of my best friends n I was there for u when no one was until that night on your birthday trip to Chicago…. I am a an addict to working recovery I helped you over 200$ to make your birthday somewhat fun meeting up and traveling the boardwalk with $ and for you to actually take 400$ from my shorts n the fact you couldn’t face me said it all n broke my heart and you pretty much laughed about it. I really hope your bday night and robbing me was worth losing one of your best friends who was actually there for u if you needed a real friend but I hope stealing from me was worth it when I bought u cigs gave u birthday $ I was a good friend to you and you lied to me and maybe one day you’ll realize our friendship was worth more than your 3 day party bro! I wish u best even mad at u!”
