What patients say on Google

“Helpful and , professional my counselor has worked with me offering feedback and emotional support has made positive impact on my confidence in making difficult decisions and positive changes...as a very senior citizen I am more confident in making decisions and facing the issues that come with aging and family dynamics.”
Juanita Cobler
“My first provider here, Rini, was super insensitive about my rape. She asked how "the breakup" was going. I've never been in a relationship. I reminded her that it was a rape, with tears in my eyes and started rubbing my eye. She asked "what's wrong with your eye?" She also said my ADHD screening wasn't a real diagnosis. I've been struggling in life threatening scenarios related to attention deficit (car accidents, job insecurity, etc.) trying to get diagnosed. I just had an appointment today to try to get diagnosed and they told me my ADHD screening is valid!!!!!!! She should not be in this field. Why did she not just believe me?🤦🏽‍♀️ I was also studying psych in college; I didn't finish, so I know I don't know everything, but I'm not dumb!!! edit: I also told my new provider that my old provider said "if you cant take the lamictal consistently, don't take it at all," because lamictal can cause a rash. she said I was paranoid. I didn't come up with that, they literally told me not to take it if I couldn't remember! I told her I was gonna focus on my ADHD meds and hopefully after taking it for a while it should help me remember to take my other meds consistently, then I'll start taking the lamictal. She said I was paranoid when I was just repeating what I was told! Then she discharged me after saying we don't have to meet every single month and that we could meet after a few months. But that caused me to be be discharged and I didn't even know it because I've been able to get my meds just fine until this month”

“They treated me so bad, attitude was rude and sting eye and they talked to me like I’m so annoying? I’m not sure if it’s because I’m an Asian? If you’re already having mental issues or stress, they definitely will make you feel worse.”
Suzie Rafferty
“I used to have one of the best therapists I have ever had at this facility, but his life required that he move on to a new adventure. I was placed with another therapist. She was okay, but not what I really needed in the end. I had family issues come up and missed a couple of appointments. I called each time, but then am now discharged from services because of this. I wasn't getting what I needed in the end, so I will have to look somewhere else.”
