“I'm not sure whether this entity is a non-profit or what, but I can tell you that as a property owner we had a conversation with someone who was looking at renting one of our properties and an individual with this entity identifying themselves as FCC contacted me and I gave them instructions on accessing a property. Afterwards they fail the follow-up what I followed up. They were quite rude over the phone. Whoever this family counseling center is operated by should really have a heart-to-heart with their staff, or if the individual was the manager of the center, they should really take some etiquette lessons. Nobody wants to work with an entity. That's rude.”
