How likely are you to recommend Family Counseling Center of Armstrong County?
“Absolutely terrible. Do they care about their patients? Not at all. The secretaries are rude and short with every patient as well as not helpful. Will your therapist let u call in if ur having mental problems like a normal one? No. Will they even let you talk to them? No. Will you get help if you are 5 minutes late? No. If you call in for help will they give one care about a patient? No. Avoid this place at all costs and their therapist and psychiatrists. What a joke. If i had an attitude like them I'd leave a much worse review. They do not care about their patients one bit.”
“This place, specifically ANTHONY CERMINARA has hurt my mental health more than anyone or anything ever could. They're basically the only mental health place in town so they figure they can treat u as poorly as they like. Its a shame the ppl who's entire job is to help u... just hurt u more than anyone.”
“If only I could give 0 stars. I mean where do I start? Maybe that I’m not a patient, but I have attempted for about a week now to schedule an appointment with them. They very obviously only work for their paycheck and not to help others. Terrible customer service. Terrible phone service. Honestly hope they aren’t taking a lot of people’s money, as they don’t care about the people that give them the money.”
“I feel bad giving such a low rating when I've been treated very well by the main staff there. However, the woman who answers the main line (I believe Kelley is her name) has a horrible attitude and always sounds completely rushed. Even when it is something as simple as transferring to a different line. If not for her I'd be giving a higher rating”
