“I am one that doesn’t like to do this type of thing. I have always taken my kids and myself here for care! Today though!!! Lord when I say we haven’t been here in about a year and a half since my kids started going to their actual pediatrician… Their dr didn’t have any openings sadly so I resorted to take two of my kids here to be seen. Never in my life have I had any Dr fnp tell me they would walk out of the room due to my child choosing to argue with me! Nor tell me that she was going to send medication to the pharmacy after not testing my two yr old for anything!!! Just listened to him and looked in his ears!!! Then proceeded to tell me she was sending cefdinir to the pharmacy for him!!! Uhm for what?! You didn’t even test him for anything! Is what I said and FNP LISA MEDLIN said oh I’ll be glad to! Like no I’m okay now. You don’t even need to send medication either! You didn’t test him!!!”

“The service is fine but their billing department is a nightmare. I went in for gallstones in March 2017. In April, I received a call threatening to send me to collections if I didn't pay my bill. I nicely told the woman that if I'd received a bill, I would have gladly paid it. Her response was "well we actually have billed for these services yet". So you're going to send me to collections for something you haven't even asked me to pay?? On the same call, the woman told me I owed $10 from Dec 2016 - again, no bill was received. I gave her my credit card information and asked her to pay my account in full. It is now July 2017 and I just received a bill for the $10 from Dec 2016. When I called them, a different woman told me that sure enough, I have a credit of $10 on my account, it just hasn't been posted to the appropriate bill. I am now waiting on a call back to have this adjusted so I will HOPEFULLY never have to deal with the establishment again. Their billing department obviously can't get their act together and for someone who has fantastic credit, I'm not willing to risk that when there are plenty of other walk-in options near me.”

“To all who reads this PLEASE BE AWARE of Family Care Walk In Clinic in 3 Way!!!! I took my child there earlier this week and had a HORRIBLE and very negative experience!!! The staff is rude and very unprofessional...including the nurse practitioner who treated my son. She acted as if we were inconveniencing her! The nurse who called us back smelled as if she just smoked a cigarette(s)! When we walked through the door, I heard the 2 ladies at the front speaking VERY loudly (one who had her feet kicked up on the desk) discussing a patient, saying she was "crazy" which I know is a violation of a patient's rights! As I approached the front desk to sign my child in, another lady came out of an office to the desk who REALLY gave me reason for concern. She was a short white lady who seemed to be under the influence of a narcotic or possible alcohol. She puts you in the mind of the Penguin from the movie Batman 1992 played by Danny Devito. Trust me you will know her if you see her. While waiting to be called back, I heard her tell the ladies at the front she was going to lunch. When she returned, I noticed her walking in from what appeared to be the back door, and she really appeared trashed at this point. After my child was seen we stopped at the front desk for an excuse and to my surprise this same lady was now working the front desk. She was soo out of it, I was embarrassed for her. She was slurring her words and seemed very confused. Me and my kids just left the office. Whoever is in charge there should certainly look into this. I even considered calling the authorities. No one should be in a Healthcare facility in that condition!! Please be aware of the facility! I have ] certainly told everyone I know to STAY clear!! Sincerely, A VERY DISGUSTED AND CONCERNED PARENT 😟”

“My daughter and I weren’t feeling well so I decided to give this place a try. I normally go to convenient care , PQC, or FastPace. I have not had the best experiences at any of these places. I was told some good things about this place from ppl I knew personally. They were busy so it took awhile to be seen but that’s understandable. The lady at the front desk was so nice, like very nice!!! I’ve read reviews before posting mine and obviously there was an issue in years past in this area but I assure anyone that the little lady up there now is kind, professional and filled with a loving spirit that we all could use nowadays! The nurse practitioner and her assistant was also great as well. These ppl treated me and my little girl fabulous. It really isn’t hard for me to find error or fault in these places but this experience here was amazing. Thanks alot”
