“Very disappointing experience with this office. My wife waited nearly 3 hours for her appointment, only to be seen for about 10 minutes. When I checked with the front desk after waiting over 2 hours, the only option they offered was to cancel the appointment instead of providing any meaningful update or assistance. During the visit, they had her sign a release of records form but never sent the fax to her gynecologist’s office and never communicated with me or her regarding further testing or follow-up information. However, they had no problem quickly sending billing messages afterward. It seems the office is far more efficient with billing than with actual patient care and communication. I also had a very unprofessional interaction with the front desk staff member, Ashley. While I was trying to explain my concerns, she hung up the phone and stated she could not provide any further information besides directing me to the office manager. When I asked why the office could not show the same level of urgency for patient care as they do for billing, there was no answer. Patients deserve respect, communication, and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, this office failed in all three areas.”

“I had to call four times over two weeks to get a refill for my prescription and ultimately went a week without my medication because of the delays. When the prescription was finally sent, it was the wrong medication. I contacted the office to correct the error, and weeks passed with no resolution. When I called again, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional treatment from the front desk staff. As of writing this review, I still have no confirmation that my prescription has been sent to the pharmacy. Patients should not be forced to go without necessary medication because of repeated administrative errors, poor communication, and a lack of follow-through. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and concerning.”

“If you like to sit over an hour past your appointment time. Then absolutely come to this place. I've never been to such a sloppy "providers" office before. Yikes!”

“Coming from a new patient perspective and someone with a lot of health issues. I would avoid this office as much as possible. There's one man who likes to make slick rude comments. "Whats wrong with your head" when another coworker asked about something being printed/copied. From my experience they are over an hour behind and have zero sense of urgency. The Office as a whole is not very put together. It was infuriating to sit over an hour. Ended up leaving they asked if I would like to reschedule....yeah right. Just dont put yourselves through the pain of dealing with this place.”
