I was reluctant to start the program because I'm not a fan of any type of group therapy, but after successfully completing FCC Pflugerville's program, I strongly and 100% recommend them to anyone who is seeking to improve their mental health, navigate difficult relationships, work through grief, learn effective interpersonal and communication skills, understand "what happened" to you, and just improve your overall quality of life. Jillian and Neha are excellent mental health professionals and program facilitators. Each session was highly and effectively engaging. The activities and role plays were helpful in understanding, retaining, and applying the DBT skills and information learned.
